Integral Diagnostics is seeking an experienced full-time Site Chief based at Foostcray - Western Private Health, who thrives on leading high-performing teams, driving clinical excellence, and delivering outstanding patient care within a dynamic radiology setting.

Integral Diagnostics — Lake Imaging / The Xray Group / Capital Radiology / FMIG / Imaging @ Olympic Park / Direct Radiology — join our Capital Footscray – Western Private Health Team. This busy and varied role will oversee imaging protocols, equipment standards, and service quality across the site, leading clinical and administrative teams to deliver high-quality imaging services and patient care while managing daily operations, resources, and workflows.

Responsibilities

- Oversee imaging protocols, equipment standards, and service quality across the site.
- Lead clinical and administrative teams to deliver high-quality imaging services and patient care.
- Manage daily operations, resources, and workflows to ensure efficient service delivery.
- Build strong relationships with referrers and service providers.
- Maintain licensing, accreditation, and quality standards.
- Contribute to clinical workload and drive financial performance and growth.
- Foster continuous improvement through staff development and quality initiatives.

What You Will Bring

- Demonstrated leadership experience within a radiology or healthcare setting, with a strong commitment to clinical excellence,



patient care, and team development.
- Current registration with AHPRA.
- Tertiary qualifications in Radiography.
- Knowledge of and adherence to regulation and statutory guidelines.
- Excellent decision making and problem-solving skills.
- Strong customer service ethic.
- A collaborative team-based approach.
- A professional and proactive relationship with attending Radiologists, referrers, and support staff.
