Overview

Role description and requirements for a Microsoft Modern Workplace Engineer responsible for modern workplace solutions and hybrid identity. The role supports Windows 365 Cloud PC, Intune, Entra ID, and Active Directory administration within an enterprise workplace.

Responsibilities

- Experience with Windows 365 Cloud PC, Microsoft Intune, Entra ID, and Active Directory administration.
- Manage device enrollment, compliance policies, application deployment, Autopilot, and endpoint security.
- Administer user lifecycle, MFA, Conditional Access, SSO,



and hybrid identity using Entra ID and Azure AD Connect.
- Support Microsoft Defender, endpoint compliance, Zero Trust initiatives, and security best practices.
- Experience with PowerShell scripting, automation (Terraform/VS Code), and Windows endpoint management.
- Participate in migration, transformation, testing, deployment, and transition activities.
- Troubleshooting, documentation, stakeholder management, and communication skills.

Nice to Have

- Microsoft certifications (MD-102, SC-300, SC-200, Microsoft 365 Administrator Expert).
