Talentpath Recruitment is seeking an experienced SAP SuccessFactors System Administrator to own and optimise a mature SuccessFactors platform. You will lead releases, upgrades and system improvements, and act as the technical expert for HR, Payroll and IT teams.
Day-to-day admin of Employee Central and Recruiting, plus configuration of rules, workflows and RBPs, will be core. Prior SF implementations or major upgrades are highly valued, with certifications preferred.
