We are currently seeking a proactive Talent Acquisition Partner to support with a high-profile Operations portfolio, taking ownership of active sourcing, stakeholder management and candidate experience across a broad range of positions.

This is an opportunity to immediately join a dynamic business, working within a collaborative and high-performing team!

The Role

Working closely with the existing high-performing team, you'll be responsible for identifying, attracting and engaging talent across operational roles up to a senior level, whilst also being a true partner a source of knowledge for stakeholders.

- Play a key role in ensuring requisitions are managed end-to-end effectively , providing an exceptional customer experience for both hiring managers and candidates




- Manage high-volume recruitment campaigns across the country
- Act as a trusted advisor to Senior Leadership Teams, identifying hiring needs, challenges, and opportunities
- Design and execute innovative sourcing strategies to attract top-tier talent
- Own the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle across a broad range of operational roles
- Build and nurture proactive talent pipelines and industry networks
- Introduce forward-thinking solutions to enhance hiring outcomes, retention, and candidate experience
- Leverage market insights, data, and trends to influence hiring strategies
- Challenge the status quo - bringing fresh thinking to attraction and engagement approaches
- Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver on shared talent goals
- Thrive in a quick-paced, evolving environment , adapting to business needs with agility

About You

- Solid sourcing capability, particularly through SEEK
- Experience in managing high-volume recruitment campaigns
- A proactive and persistent approach to candidate attraction
- Comfortable navigating change and ambiguity , while guiding and mentoring stakeholders
- Confident communicator who brings insight, credibility, and value to every interaction
- Full, unrestricted working rights in Australia preferred
