What You'll Be Doing

Working alongside qualified glaziers, you'll assist with:

- Residential and commercial glass replacements
- Frameless shower screens
- Mirrors and splashbacks
- Glass balustrades and pool fencing
- Glass tabletops
- Office partitions and custom glazing installations
- Loading, unloading and transporting glass safely
- Preparing materials and job sites
- Using hand and power tools
- Keeping vehicles, equipment and work areas clean and organised
- Maintaining high safety standards on every job

Every day is different with work taking place in customers' homes, businesses and commercial premises across Melbourne.

About You





We're looking for someone with the right attitude more than years of experience.

You'll ideally have

- Experience in construction, glazing or another trade (preferred but not essential)
- A strong work ethic and willingness to learn
- Good physical fitness and the ability to safely handle glass and materials
- Great attention to detail
- A positive attitude and ability to work well within a team
- Good communication skills and a professional manner with customers
- A current driver's licence (essential)
- Live in Melbourne's western suburbs or within close proximity to Altona North (highly regarded).

Preferred Qualifications

- White Card
- Experience using hand and power tools
- Reliable transport to our Altona North workshop
