Roles, Duties and Responsibilities

Provide overall project management and leadership.

- Bid management of tenders to ensure tender submissions accurately reflect the clients’ requirements and are commercially viable
- Take responsibility for a project and its completion in accordance with financial, time, quality, safety, environmental, and HR measures
- Oversee that design and engineering work closely with the design manager, the internal engineering team and external consultants
- Work closely with procurement staff for procurement for projects in accordance with the construction program including the award and compilation of subcontracts, supply agreements and purchase orders
- Facilitate the on-site construction works, co-ordination of site project staff and subcontractors
- Take responsibility for your own safety, uphold the Company OHS&E; policies and participate in Company OHS&E; initiatives

About you





- Tertiary qualification in Construction Management or Engineering
- Experience managing $50M-$180M building and construction projects within the mining and/or defence industries
- Strong familiarity with project management software, such as Microsoft Project and Primavera
- Previous experience leading major EPC, D&C;, or Construct Only projects
