Position Overview

The Food & Beverage Attendant plays a crucial role in ensuring our guests receive top‑notch service and have a memorable experience. You will be responsible for taking orders, serving food and beverages, and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere whether it is at the bar, in the restaurant, room service, conferencing and/or events.

Providing exceptional food & beverage service in our hotel venue Lovedale Brewbar includes making cocktails & spirits, pulling beers from our onsite brewery, making coffee, taking orders & running food from the pass,



clearing tables and jumping in where needed – all part of a day’s work.

Skills & Experience

- Having previous experience in a high‑volume venue is desirable but not essential.
- Positive attitude and a broad smile.
- Team player to help each other out.
- Enjoy engaging in hands‑on activities.
- Exceptional customer service skills with a suitable temperament.
- Passion for the hospitality industry.
- Australian resident or possess necessary working rights.
- Capable of working mornings & evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
- Current RSA certification or willingness to obtain.
