All Foods Market is a well-established West Australian-owned, family-run business that operates several IGA supermarkets around Perth.

All Foods Market is currently seeking an experienced Checkout Supervisor to join their strong and successful team. You will be responsible for the day-to-day running of the checkouts and front end staff. This role would suit a person with a positive, hands‑on approach to management and enjoys a fast‑paced environment.

As Checkout Supervisor, your role will involve

- Maintaining high standards of customer service, staff presentation and cleanliness
- Supervision of the checkout team on duty
- Manage customer queries, requests and resolving any issues promptly
- Overseeing the productive operation of checkout lanes

What are we looking for

- Strong leadership skills, guiding and inspiring the team,



leading by example
- Previous experience monitoring and training a team of checkout staff
- Strong organisational skills and effective delegation skills
- Experience working in fast paced environments
- Ability to work a flexible rotating roster of approx. 15-20 hours per week including nights / weekends
- Our store is open 7 days a week so flexibility in the hours and shifts you can work is essential.
