Overview As a Workplace Concierge at JLL, you will be the welcoming face and central point of connection for employees, clients, and visitors across Telstra facilities. You will create exceptional workplace experiences, ensuring seamless access, anticipating needs, and fostering a hospitality-focused environment that reflects JLL’s commitment to excellence.
Responsibilities - Enthusiastically welcome guests, anticipate their needs, and assist with arrivals, departures, and office orientations to create a memorable first impression.
- Verify and issue access cards to visitors and clients while ensuring strict compliance with security protocols and maintaining accurate records.
- Engage visitors, employees, and callers in a warm, helpful, and timely manner that makes everyone feel valued and supported.
- Provide professional escort services for VIP visitors to executive levels, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience that reflects JLL's standards of excellence.
- Act as a central point of contact by providing information and wayfinding for the campus, services, and activities with confidence and clarity.
- Assist in the transition to electronic Visitor Management Systems, including training, troubleshooting, and providing feedback to optimize functionality.
- Actively monitor and maintain the front desk, lobby, and surroundings to ensure a safe, clean, organized environment that reflects brand standards.
- Support the planning and execution of workplace experience activations on the ground and community floors, contributing to a vibrant and engaging culture.
- Collaborate with Telstra's CWT Lead to implement workplace experience initiatives including site walkthroughs,
car-parking management, locker management, new graduate inductions, contractor inductions, and fire evacuation drills.
Qualifications - Minimum 3–5 years of previous customer service, security, hospitality, or workplace services experience.
- Natural people person with a genuine passion for creating experiences that go beyond the expected.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage professionally through spoken and written word (fluency in English required).
- Strong ability to multi-task and prioritize while ensuring consistent, elevated guest experiences and accuracy in all tasks.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders across all levels.
- Working knowledge of information technology tools and platforms, including visitor management systems.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Teams, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook).
- Professional demeanor with exceptional attention to detail and a proactive, customer‑centric attitude.
- Flexibility and positive attitude in managing shifting daily priorities and adapting to changing needs.
