Delaware North Australia is hiring a full‑time Kitchen Steward Team Leader to join their team at Mindil Beach Casino Resort in Darwin, NT. As the team leader you will play a key role in maintaining cleanliness across all food and beverage production areas and outlets. You will oversee daily stewarding operations and lead a team of kitchen stewards in a fast‑paced kitchen environment. Hourly Rate

Hourly rate of $30.67 + superannuation + penalties.

Responsibilities

- Lead and support the stewarding team
- Ensure cleanliness,



hygiene, and safety standards are met
- Coordinate dishwashing, waste management, and kitchen cleaning
- Support kitchen and food & beverage teams as required
- Ensure all buffets and functions are set up and cleared efficiently

Qualifications

- Previous stewarding or kitchen experience in a leadership role
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Sound understanding of HACCP principles with a focus on safety
- Ability to work across a 7‑day roster including nights, weekends and public holidays
