City Chic is seeking a capable Store Manager to lead our Australian store teams, driving sales and delivering a confident, curve-friendly customer experience. You will coach staff, monitor KPIs, manage wage budgets and margins, and ensure visual merchandising standards are consistently applied.
You will champion loss prevention, inventory control and a protected store environment while maintaining City Chic’s curves-first promise on the shop floor. Weekend and weekday flexibility is expected.
