Lawmee is partnering with a well-respected ASX-listed mining company to secure an experienced Corporate Counsel on a contracting basis. Commencing as soon as possible, the engagement is expected to run for up to 6 months. You will advise on complex commercial contracts, construction and infrastructure projects, and procurement matters while collaborating with senior stakeholders across the business. The ideal candidate has 12–20+ years' PAE in relevant sectors.
