About the Role

We are actively seeking skilled Senior Business/Financial Analyststo take on a pivotal role in delivering high‑quality analytics for our projects and client engagements specifically within financial services. As part of our collaborative consulting team, you’ll engage in a variety of accounting and consulting activities, all while making a real impact on the financial health of clients in the aged care and disability sectors.

- Building and developing financial models, performing analysis, and presenting findings for clients
- Conducting data analysis, reconciliations, and reporting to generate strategic insights
- Applying professional skepticism to ensure data integrity and accuracy in financial and operational analysis
- Communicating with clients and stakeholders throughout project lifecycles
- Supporting project delivery, collaborating closely with senior leadership and clients
- Driving the use of AI technologies to improve efficiency in analysis, forecasting, and reporting,



embedding automation and intelligence into business processes
- Support and supervise junior team members while ensuring project deadlines and budgets are met.

What We’re Looking For

- 3-5 years of experience in financial or data analysis, consulting, statistics, or a related role
- Experience in consulting or professional services, particularly in the aged care industry, is highly regarded
- Exceptional communication and organisational skills with a keen attention to detail
- Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships while managing multiple projects
- Advanced Excel, Word, PowerPoint & BI skills
- AI and machine learning experience to identify patterns, forecast trends, and support data‑driven strategic recommendations.
