Rural Health West in Geraldton is seeking a dedicated leader to oversee a youth mental health service for ages 12 to 25. You will supervise a multidisciplinary clinical team, coordinate care with psychiatry and nursing staff, and help integrate services across local headspace CAMHS and related programs.

Applicants should hold a relevant degree with AASW/AHPRA registration and proven experience in strategic planning, quality improvement, and service development within the youth mental health
