We are working with an international infrastructure and construction business to recruit a senior commercial manager to support the team on the delivery of major projects in Recent South Wales.

You will provide practical commercial support across tenders, contracts and project-related agreements. It will suit someone who understands complex commercial environments, can review and negotiate contracts, and is comfortable working closely with legal, commercial, procurement and operational teams

The Role

You will support the business on matters including

- Tender and bid support
- Reviewing and negotiating commercial agreements
- Assisting with procurement and supply arrangements
- Advising internal stakeholders on commercial and contractual issues
- Supporting contract management and governance
- Working closely with project, legal, procurement and operational teams
- Helping the business manage contractual risk in a practical and commercially sensible way

About You

You will have experience as a Commercial Manager,



Contracts Manager, Senior Contracts Advisor or similar within construction, infrastructure, engineering, transport, energy or major projects.

You do not need to be a qualified lawyer, although it wouldn't hurt! What matters is that you are confident with complex contracts, tenders and commercial risk.

You will ideally have:

- Strong experience reviewing, negotiating and managing commercial contracts
- Experience supporting tenders, procurement or project delivery
- A practical understanding of contractual risk and how to manage it effectively
- The ability to work closely with legal and non-legal stakeholders
- A commercial, pragmatic and solutions-focused approach

Admission as a lawyer in New South Wales and experience in construction, infrastructure, engineering, transport, energy or major projects will be highly regarded.
