We are looking for an inspiring retail leader to join our team as a Store Manager at Highpoint Homemaker, Maribyrnong. In this pivotal role you will drive sales, lead and develop a high‑performing team, and create a memorable customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Take ownership of overall store performance.
- Drive sales, profit, and control costs to achieve KPIs.
- Foster a customer‑centric culture for a warm, helpful, and exceptional experience.
- Provide inspirational leadership and train the team to deliver outstanding results.
- Co‑create and implement strategies that maximize sales and customer service targets.
- Serve as a product knowledge expert and reinforce company values.
- Adhere to all company behaviours, policies, and procedures.
- Maintain a clean, tidy,



safe work environment and uphold OH&S; principles.

Qualifications

- 5+ years retail management experience.
- Robust retail background, commercial acumen, and passion for customer service.
- Proven ability to lead, coach, and develop teams.
- Experience managing budgets, driving KPIs, ensuring compliance, and generating compliant rosters.
- Honesty, integrity, and open communication.
- Uncompromised work ethic, commitment to adding value, and willingness to roll up sleeves.
- Physical capability to handle manual tasks such as lifting, carrying, and moving products of varying sizes.

Eligibility

Applicants must be an Australian citizen, resident, or have obtained the right to work in Australia and hold a valid visa. Roster is Tuesday to Saturday.
