About The Role
We currently have an prospect for a 5+ PQE Corporate/Commercial Lawyer to work as part of our collegiate and highly regarded commercial healthcare team led by Lucille Scomazzon, Aaron Kloczko, and Angela Wood. The successful candidate will have solid experience in M&A; and general commercial advice. Experience in the healthcare sector is not essential, but a keen interest in the sector is desirable.
About You
Ideally you will have:
- 5+ years PQE experience in a corporate or commercial team in private practice
- A client-focused approach with a keen interest in understanding the sector’s commercial and regulatory drivers
- Exceptional drafting skills and an eye for detail
- Independent thinking and the ability to learn new concepts quickly
