We are seeking a proactive and highly organised Business Banking Support Officer to support our team on a 12 month contract. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with banking or financial services experience who enjoys building relationships, providing exceptional service and supporting lending and business development activities.
About the RoleAs the first point of contact for the Business Banking team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of the department while supporting Relationship Managers, Business Development Managers and Business Banking clients.
Your responsibilities will include:Managing a small portfolio of business banking clientsAssisting with business lending administration, annual reviews and loan submissionsSupporting broker accreditation, commission payments and broker enquiriesHandling customer and broker enquiries via phone and emailPreparing correspondence, reports and documentationMaintaining accurate referral, pipeline and portfolio reportingOpening accounts, gathering documentation and coordinating customer requests
What You'll BringPrevious customer service experience within banking or financial servicesKnowledge of banking deposit and lending products, policies and processesStrong organisational,



planning and time management skillsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsHigh attention to detail and a commitment to quality outcomesThe ability to manage competing priorities and meet service level expectationsLending experience and an understanding of viable lending proposals would be highly regarded
