Access Aged Care is seeking a dedicated General Practitioner to provide in office care within Residential Aged Care Homes in Perth and surrounding regions. This weekday role excludes after-hours, weekends or on-call commitments, with dedicated after-hours support in place to protect personal time.

You will work with a consistent cohort of residents and an Access Aged Care Nurse to coordinate care plans, investigations and communication with homes so sessions run smoothly and efficiently.
