Senior Hairdresser – Full time | Just Cuts Booragoon

Just Cuts Booragoon is seeking a qualified and experienced Senior Hairdresser to join our friendly and professional team on a full-time permanent basis.

We are looking for a passionate hairdresser who is committed to providing exceptional customer service and high-quality hair cutting and styling services in a busy salon environment.

Key responsibilities:
Provide professional hair cutting, styling, shampooing and blow-drying services.
Consult with clients to recommend suitable hairstyles and hair care solutions.
Deliver excellent customer service and build strong client relationships.
Maintain a clean, protected and professional salon environment.
Recommend and sell qualified hair care products.
Work collaboratively with the salon team to achieve business goals.
Mentor junior team members where required.

Essential requirements:




Certificate III in Hairdressing (or overseas equivalent).
Minimum 3 years' relevant hairdressing experience.
Excellent cutting and styling skills.
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Ability to work weekends and versatile rostered hours.
Positive attitude and team-focused approach.

Competitive salary of $75,000–$80,000 plus superannuation.
