We are looking for an experienced Front of House Manager to join our team.
Requirements
Proven experience as a Front of House Manager or in a similar leadership role.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to build, motivate, and manage a high-performing team.
Excellent customer service skills with a genuine passion for hospitality.
Qualified, reliable, honest, and of good character with a strong work ethic.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and solve problems effectively.
Fluent in both English and Mandarin/Cantonese (bilingual communication is essential).
Previous experience in a Cantonese restaurant, Chinese banquet restaurant, or Yum Cha restaurant will be highly regarded.
Responsibilities
Lead and manage the front-of-house team.
Deliver exceptional customer service and create memorable dining experiences.
Maintain high service standards and ensure smooth daily operations.
Train, mentor, and develop team members.
Work closely with the kitchen and management team to ensure efficient service and a positive guest experience.
