Spa Therapist
Perform Spa treatments as instructed in Brandy Creek Day Spa Policy & Procedure manual.
Maintain cleanliness in treatment rooms
Attend to opening and closing Day Spa
Recommend rebook treatments
Recommend retail products to Day Spa guests.
Responsibilities:
TEAM
Provide support to all team members.
Report all issues of importance to the appropriate people.
Encourage effective teamwork and appointments.
Sort and deliver incoming mail to appropriate areas
Complete all reasonable duties requested by the practice manager or the company director.
CUSTOMER SERVICE
Greet and care for all clients and visitors to the Day Spa in a polite and courteous manner at all times.
Recommend retail products to clients where applicable
Deal with all enquiries both in person and on the telephone in a polite and professional manner.
Always be aware of client’s confidentiality and data protection.
Booking appropriate appointments.
Maintain and accurately file records and update information from clients.
Be fully conversant with all fire drill procedure, emergency and evacuation procedures.
Promote a qualified image of the company at all times and be knowledgeable about the services the practice provides.
SETTING
Ensure that the reception area is clean and tidy at all times
Ensure waiting areas, corridors and immediate external areas are kept tidy and free of hazards.
Always be vigilant and always report any problem or concerns to the practice manager immediately.

Excellent customer care and communication skills
Good at working as part of a team
Able to deliver explicit and accurate information.
Excellent telephone manner
Retention of qualifications including continuing professional development
Ability to follow management directions
Use own initiative with discretion and when possible in consultation with the Practice Manager.
