Working across HR and technology teams, you'll play a key role in shaping future‑state business processes, gathering and translating requirements, and supporting the delivery of up-to-date employee service solutions.

Key responsibilities
Partner with HR and business stakeholders to understand and document business requirements.
Facilitate workshops and map current and future‑state processes.
Translate requirements into user stories and functional specifications.
Collaborate with cross‑functional delivery teams to support HR technology and ServiceNow initiatives.
Support solution design, testing,



and business readiness across a complex transformation program.

About you
Proven Business Analyst experience on enterprise HR or digital transformation programs.
Solid business process analysis, stakeholder engagement, and requirements management skills.
Experience with HR technology platforms and exposure to ServiceNow is highly desirable.
Comfortable working across multiple workstreams in a complex enterprise environment.
