Senior Manager - Tax and Business Services

We represent a Perth chartered accounting practice with a client portfolio mirroring that of national firms.

The practice provides advice on business strategy, operational efficiencies, taxation, corporate structures, compliance and risk minimisation to ASX listed entities and mid-large scale private enterprises .

The nature of the firm's client portfolio and average fees per group position the practice in the top 10% of tax and advice practices on a national basis.

Growth of the practice since inception in the mid 1990s continues. Referrals from clients and the firm's aligned qualified network underpin the growth. As a result of expansion, the directors wish to appoint a Senior Tax and Business Services Manager to ensure client service remains at its elite level.

As a Senior Manager, the appointee will overseea portfolio of clients and assumejoint management of a skilled team. As would be expected, abackground in developing and maintaining client relationships will beessential for success in the role, as will astute and empathic team management.





It is anticipated the appointee will have requisite qualifications and professional experienceconsistent with;

Charteredor CPAmembership accreditation

A minimum tenyears of experience in Australian taxand business advice practices

A background in advising mid-large scale clients on tax, compliance, corporate structure and capital management

Superior business, taxation and superannuation knowledge

Demonstrable commercial acumen and business judgement

Management of an accounting team

A natural confidence in client communication

An eye to equity prospect in 24 to 36 months
