MyState is seeking an experienced Head of Credit Risk to lead our credit risk function and shape the future of our lending portfolio. This senior role reports to the Chief Risk Officer and requires balancing commercial outcomes with prudent risk management.

You'll guide framework evolution, lending policies and delegated authorities, while engaging with executives, boards and governance committees to provide robust challenge and strategic insight.
