Garden City Hotel, BW Signature Collection in Canberra's inner south, is seeking a Restaurant Manager to take full operational responsibility for the Nest Kitchen & Bar Restaurant. You will report to the General Manager and work with the Head Chef and events team.

This hands-on role covers menu and pricing decisions, floor supervision, staffing and financial reporting, with a focus on delivering excellent guest experiences.
