Experienced Barista / All-Rounder – Sylvania

We’re on the hunt for an experienced Barista / All-Rounder to join our busy café in Sylvania.

If you’re passionate about specialty coffee, thrive in a quick-paced environment, and enjoy delivering genuine hospitality, we’d love to hear from you.

What we’re looking for:
Minimum 3 years’ experience as a barista in a busy café.
Confident dialling in espresso and maintaining coffee consistency throughout service.
Ability to work efficiently during busy morning rushes while remaining calm under pressure.
Strong customer service skills with a warm, friendly personality.
All-round café experience including POS, food running, clearing tables and general café duties.




Reliable, punctual and a outstanding team player.
Weekend availability is essential.
