Lead the Future of One of WA’s Growing Regional Golf Clubs

Pinjarra Golf Club is seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Superintendent / Head of Grounds to lead the presentation, maintenance and continual improvement of our golf course and surrounding grounds.

Located just 70 kilometres south of Perth, Pinjarra Golf Club is an 18-hole member-focused golf course experiencing significant growth in membership, facilities and long-term strategic investment. With an exciting Master Plan underway and a supportive Board committed to continual improvement, this is an outstanding opportunity to make a lasting impact.

Reporting directly to the General Manager, you will lead a dedicated grounds team while managing all aspects of golf course maintenance, irrigation, machinery, environmental practices and capital improvement projects.

About the Role
Delivering exceptional course presentation throughout the year.
Leading, mentoring and developing the grounds team.
Preparing and managing annual operating and capital budgets.
Managing irrigation systems and water resources.
Overseeing machinery maintenance and replacement planning.
Working collaboratively with the General Manager,



Board and Golf Operations.
Planning and delivering course improvement projects.
Maintaining safe work practices and environmental compliance.

About You
Experience as a Golf Course Superintendent or Assistant Superintendent.
Qualifications in Turf Management (Certificate IV, Diploma or equivalent).
Strong leadership and people management skills.
Sound knowledge of irrigation systems and turf agronomy.
Experience preparing budgets and managing expenditure.
Excellent organisational and communication skills.
Current Chemical Handling Accreditation (or willingness to obtain).
