About the Role
Full pre‑start management across detached homes and apartment builds




Selections & documentation including addenda, variations and compliance checks
Client appointments (where required) plus investor project coordination
Work closely with drafting, estimating and construction teams to ensure accuracy
Maintain organised workflows and high‑quality documentation

About You
Early‑career pre‑start experience OR established pre‑start capability
Strong attention to detail and confidence with documentation
Comfortable with both client‑facing and investor‑based work
Organised, calm and able to manage structured workflows
Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills
