Position

Reporting to the CEO and working closely with the Board and investors, you will:
Drive the commercial and strategic agenda across the business.
Lead, mentor and develop a high-performing finance team.
Strengthen financial disciplines, governance, systems and reporting as the business continues to mature.
Deliver meaningful commercial insights through data, analytics and financial modelling.
Partner with operational leaders to improve performance and support future growth initiatives.
Play a key role in preparing the business for its next stage of value creation.

Profile
CA/CPA qualified with proven CFO experience.




Experience within a private equity-backed business is highly regarded, with a strong understanding of investor expectations, value creation and operating in a fast-paced workplace.
Background in FMCG, retail or other consumer-facing sectors will be viewed favourably.
Strong commercial acumen, with the ability to influence decision-making beyond the numbers.
Demonstrated experience leading transformation, improving systems and building scalable finance functions.
A confident, hands-on leader who enjoys partnering with executives, Boards and investors to deliver results.
