An exciting opportunity has become available with a leading insurer for an experienced Business Continuity qualified to play a key role in uplifting and maturing the organisation's Business Continuity Management (BCM) framework.

Working across the business, you'll partner with key stakeholders to strengthen resilience capabilities, embed best practice and ensure the organisation is well prepared to respond to business disruptions.

Responsibilities
Lead the uplift and ongoing maturity of the Business Continuity Management framework.
Review, enhance and maintain business continuity policies, standards and procedures.
Partner with business leaders to develop and improve Business Continuity Plans (BCPs).
Facilitate Business Impact Assessments (BIAs) and risk assessments.
Design, coordinate and deliver business continuity exercises and scenario testing.
Monitor regulatory requirements and industry best practice, ensuring ongoing compliance.
Provide guidance and training to stakeholders, fostering a strong resilience culture.
Report on BCM metrics,



maturity and key initiatives to senior leadership.

Qualifications
Demonstrated experience in Business Continuity, Operational Resilience or Crisis Management.
Strong understanding of BCM frameworks and governance within a regulated environment.
Experience delivering framework uplift, transformation or maturity initiatives.
Excellent stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to influence across all levels.
Confident facilitating workshops, testing exercises and business impact assessments.
Insurance or broader financial services experience is highly regarded.
