At Organika Noosa, fresh produce isn't a department. It's the heartbeat of the store. We stock organic, sustainably sourced, ethically grown food and we hold our standards high. The person in this role sets the tone: for quality, for presentation, for the team, and for the customer experience.

If you're someone who takes pride in a well-run floor, can spot a bad avocado from across the room, and knows how to bring a team along with you, we want to hear from you.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
Presentation: keeping the section looking exceptional, with accurate signage, seasonal displays, and a standard you'd be proud to show anyone.
Stock and inventory: help with ordering, receiving, FIFO rotation, and quality checks. No gaps, reduce waste, no excuses.
Pricing and margins: reviewing supplier invoices, setting accurate pricing, and keeping the numbers honest.
Team: mentoring and supervising produce staff, training recent team members, and building a culture of accountability and care.
Customer experience: being the go-to for produce knowledge: seasonality, sourcing, organic benefits, and genuine service.




Food safety and compliance: upholding hygiene standards and waste reduction practices every single shift.

WHAT YOU WILL BRING
Ideally 2 years in fresh produce, grocery retail, or a related hands-on role
Real knowledge of organic and sustainable produce: sourcing, handling, and presentation
Experience managing stock and inventory in a fast-paced environment
A leader's mindset: you raise the people around you, not just the workload
Solid customer presence and genuine passion for fresh food and healthy living
Organised, proactive, and solutions-focused: you don't wait to be asked THE ROLE
Full-time position based in Noosaville
One weekend day is required as part of your regular roster
Reports to the Store Manager and Head of Merchandise
