Job Description
Report into a Senior Clinical Pharmacist and be part of a rich clinical workplace with Nurses, Physiotherapists, Speech Pathologists and Dieticians
Deliver onsite clinical pharmacy services including medication reviews
Participate in family case conferences
Provide education and training to staff
Be involved in clinical governance including conducting audits and contributing to policy and procedures

About the Candidate
A Bachelor of Pharmacy and current registration with AHPRA
Medication Management Review (MMR) and Aged Care Onsite Pharmacist (ACOP) credentialling
Excellent communication skills, able to develop productive relationships and enjoy working collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team
Proactive, driven and passionate about making an impact in the aged care sector
NDIS clearance and 2026 Influenza vaccination (or willing to obtain)
