About The Role
This 4‑year apprenticeship combines paid, practical experience with Fee‑Free TAFE study — meaning you can earn while you learn with no course fees. You’ll develop real horticultural skills while helping maintain vibrant public spaces.
What You’ll Be Doing
Planting, pruning, mulching, weeding, and general garden care
Learning to safely operate horticultural tools and machinery
Assisting with turf care, landscaping projects, and sports field maintenance
Helping maintain parks, reserves, and community spaces
