We are currently seeking an experienced Finishes Foreman to join a high-performing project team delivering a premium residential development, based on the northern end of the Gold Coast.

This is an excellent opportunity to step into an established project with a respected builder and play a key role in delivering exceptional finishes through to practical completion.

About the Role The successful applicant will be responsible for:
Managing all internal finishes trades and daily site activities
Coordinating subcontractors to achieve programme milestones
Driving quality control and maintaining exceptional finishing standards
Conducting inspections, defect management, and rectification works
Working closely with the Site Manager and Project Team to ensure timely delivery
Maintaining a safe, productive, and well-organised work setting
Liaising with consultants, suppliers, and subcontractors throughout the finishing stages

What We're Looking For
Proven experience as a Finishes Foreman on medium to high-rise residential projects
Strong understanding of finishing trades,



sequencing, and defect management
Exceptional eye for detail and commitment to quality workmanship
Ability to coordinate multiple trades in a quick-paced setting
Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills
Experience working on large-scale residential developments highly regarded
