Master’s degree in Counseling, Counseling Psychology or Clinical Psychology Qualified Registration:
Counsellors: active membership/registration with ACA or PACFA - Clinical Psychologists: general registration with AHPRA Expertise & Skills:
Skilled in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy or other evidence-based approaches (e.g., Motivational Interviewing, DBT, SFBT) and CISP (Critical Incident Stress Program) - A minimum of 300 clinical hours post-master’s degree - Experience with trauma-related cases in psychiatric hospitals, mental health clinics, or similar settings - Preferred prior experience with EAP, adult counseling, or coaching managerial roles - Openness to occasional onsite work, if necessary, is a plus If you’re ready to make a meaningful impact and be part of a mission-driven team, we’d love to hear from you.
