Job Description

As our Dental Assistant / Receptionist, you'll play a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the practice. From assisting chairside during dental procedures to welcoming patients and coordinating appointments, you'll help deliver outstanding care at every touchpoint.

Your responsibilities will include:

Providing chairside assistance during a wide range of dental procedures.Preparing treatment rooms and maintaining exceptional infection control standards.Sterilising instruments and ensuring equipment is ready for clinical use.Greeting patients with a warm, professional, and caring approach.Scheduling appointments, processing payments, and managing patient records.Responding to patient enquiries via phone, email,



and in person.Supporting the team to ensure the practice operates efficiently each day.

Qualifications

Previous experience as a Dental Assistant is required, showcasing your ability to contribute effectively to our team.A positive and hardworking individual with a passion for dental care.Excellent communication skills and a team-player mentality.A commitment to career development and learning.Applicants must have/obtain a valid Working with Children Check (WWCC info click here)
