The Role

We are looking for a motivated technician who enjoys variety, problem-solving, and hands-on work. In this role, you will be the go-to expert keeping some of South Australia's busiest quick service restaurants operating at their best. Each day brings something new, from repairing a soft serve machine in a fast-paced restaurant to installing new equipment in a national brand outlet or café.

You will join a skilled and supportive service team that takes pride in high-quality workmanship, professionalism, and customer care.

Your responsibilities will include:
Attending service calls across metro Adelaide and occasionally regional areas in a company-provided vehicle
Servicing, repairing, and maintaining a wide range of catering and foodservice equipment, including ovens, fryers, grills, toasters, dishwashers, ice machines, soft serve machines, fridges, and freezers




Supporting installation and commissioning of recent catering equipment
Participating in programmed and preventative maintenance schedules
Joining a rotating on-call roster to assist with urgent after-hours jobs

What You'll Bring
Relevant trade qualification or licence such as Refrigeration Mechanic or Electrician
Previous experience in commercial catering-equipment service preferred, but full training provided
A proactive, problem-solving attitude with a robust customer-service focus
Ability to work independently and as part of a close-knit team
Current driver's licence and willingness to travel between sites
Unrestricted Australian work rights are required for this position
