Complete Real Estate Services specialises in real estate software training and trust accounting services, and we are looking for another full-time, team member to join our friendly Benowa office. This is an office-based position.

About The Role

This is a diverse role where no two days are the same. You'll work alongside our experienced team to:
Perform daily trust accounting functions for our real estate clients
Deliver online software training
Assist agencies with implementing and using real estate software
Continue developing your knowledge across multiple leading real estate platforms

Don't worry if you've never delivered training before—we'll teach you everything you need to know!

About You

You'll ideally have:
Previous experience in Property Management, Sales Administration or Real Estate Trust Accounting.




Experience using at least one real estate software platform such as Property Tree, Property Me, Console Cloud, REST Professional, Reapit or VaultRE
Excellent attention to detail
Strong organisational and time management skills
Confidence using technology and learning new software
A friendly, patient, and professional communication style
