We are currently seeking experienced Process Workers to join our team at LLS AUS GROUP in Bibra Lake on a temporary basis. As a Process Worker, you will play a vital role in the manufacturing process, ensuring the productive and timely production of our products.

Key Responsibilities
Operate and monitor production machinery according to standard operating procedures
Perform quality checks and inspections on products to ensure they meet company standards
Package and label finished products accurately and efficiently
Maintain a clean and protected work setting by following company policies and procedures
Adhere to all health and safety regulations and wear appropriate personal protective equipment
Report any equipment malfunctions or safety hazards to management immediately
Work collaboratively with team members and communicate effectively to ensure smooth production processes




Meet production targets and deadlines as set by management
Follow all company policies and procedures, including but not limited to attendance, punctuality, and code of conduct

Requirements
Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment preferred
Ability to operate and monitor production machinery
Strong attention to detail and ability to perform quality checks and inspections
Physically fit and able to lift up to 50 pounds
Positive communication and teamwork skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet production targets
Knowledge of health and safety regulations
Flexibility to work different shifts and overtime as needed
