Responsibilities
Set the benchmark for service and presentation standards.
Ensure service standards are consistently upheld and guests are satisfied.
Oversee daily operations and ensure room readiness for each shift.
Deliver training for staff in beauty and massage treatments.
Support therapist development from onboarding to ongoing coaching.
Contribute to retail sales and effectively promote in‑house products.
Manage spa inventory levels and stock control.
Qualifications
Experience as a Senior or Lead Therapist in a premium or luxury setting.
Strong product and technical skills across a range of beauty and massage treatments.
Demonstrated ability in training, coaching and leadership.
Strong organisational and business management skills.
Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills.
Diploma in Beauty Therapy.
Availability across a 7‑day roster.
