Responsibilities will include
Provide an exceptional customer experience, through authentic and meaningful interactions with our customers
Demonstrate strong product knowledge to assist customers in making the best product choice
Collectively achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs
Support other team members to ensure business goals are met
Contribute to the overall presentation of the store through merchandising and general housekeeping
Process and replenish stock according to company standards
Assist in the implementation of promotional and visual merchandising initiatives
Show initiative and be a outstanding team player





What are we looking for
Strong experience working in a fashion retailer or a customer service environment
A genuine love and understanding of our brand
The ability to deliver exceptional customer service, creating a memorable experience and understanding our customer needs
Outstanding communication skills
Strong sales and negotiation skills
A 'can do', hands‑on style
A proven ability to integrate and become a valued team member
Passion for all things fashion with outstanding visual merchandising and styling skills
Availability to work a variety of shifts during the week and weekend
Flexibility to work increased shifts as required (peak periods and covering leave of team members)
