About The Role
As our Back-of-House Inventory Coordinator, you'll lead the team to drive excellence in back-of-house operations, ensuring strong inventory integrity, efficient stock flow, and minimising shrinkage to support store performance and profitability.
To thrive here, you should ideally bring:
Management experience in a busy, high-volume environment
A strong focus on stock availability and inventory accuracy
Excellent organisational and planning skills
The ability to manage a dynamic workload and adapt as priorities shift
A proactive, collaborative mindset with strong communication skills
The ability to lead by example while supporting a great customer experience
