We'relooking for anOral Health Therapist (OHT)to join our team atClass 1 Orthodontics.
Whetheryou'realready working in orthodontics or coming from general dental and ready to specialise, this role offers a explicit, supported pathway into a high-performing specialist setting.
You'llwork closely with our Orthodontist as a key clinical team member, contributing to high-quality treatment outcomes and a consistentlyhigh-quality patient experience.
This is a multi-location role based primarily in Rockingham, with travel to our West Perth and Busselton clinics as needed.

What you'll be doing:
Taking diagnostic records, scans, impressions, and imaging.
Assistingwithissuingfixed appliances, adjustmentappointments and debandingprocedures.
Supportingclearaligner treatment workflows, includingbonding/removal ofattachments,monitoringpatientprogression and IPR.
Supporting the Orthodontist with Phase 1 treatment, retention, and emergency appointments, as well as Phase 2 debands and bracket removal.
Providing clear, supportive patient education on oral hygiene and treatment compliance.




Monitoring treatmentprogress and escalating clinical concerns when needed.
Maintainingaccurate, compliant clinical records.
Upholding strict infection control and safety standards.
Supporting smooth, efficient daily clinical flow in a fast‐paced specialist environment
You'llalso work closely with the Orthodontist and wider team to ensure seamless, high-quality patient care across every stage of treatment.
What you'll bring
Current AHPRA registration as an Oral Health Therapist
Confidence working in a structured, fast‐paced clinical environment
Strong communicationskills with a genuine patient‐first approach
High attention to detail and strong clinical documentation habits
Collaborative mindset with the ability to work independently whenrequired
Motivation to grow and develop specialist orthodontic skills
Previousexperience in orthodontics and with digital imaging or radiography systems is a plus.
