The Roles
Dental Receptionist
As the welcoming face of our practice, you will set the standard for our patient experience.
You will seamlessly manage appointment bookings, maintain accurate patient records, handle inquiries via phone and email, process payments, and ensure the daily operations of the clinic run flawlessly and looks after sterilization.
Chairside Dental Assistant
In this crucial clinical role, you will provide essential support to our dentists during procedures.
Your responsibilities will include preparing and sterilizing instruments, ensuring optimal patient comfort, and maintaining an immaculate, highly efficient clinical environment.
Reception duties.
Who We Are Looking For
Ideal Qualifications:
● Previous experience in dental reception or chairside assisting.
● A Certificate III in Dental Assisting is highly regarded.
Career Transitioners Welcome:
● We enthusiastically welcome applicants with no prior dental experience who possess a strong background in customer service or reception-particularly within the medical field.
● You must be highly reliable and eager to learn both front-desk and clinical skills through comprehensive on-the-job training.
