About Recover Radiology
Recover Radiology is an established diagnostic imaging clinic in Morphett Vale, providing high-quality, accessible imaging to our local community.
Our referrals come primarily from Specialist, general practice and allied health providers, with a strong emphasis on timely imaging, clear communication and patient-centered care.
Since opening, we have grown steadily and due to an internal promotion, we're looking to add a current radiographer to the team .

About the Role
This is a general X-ray role.
You will work alongside our lead CT/XR Radiographer and our sonography team, delivering the day-to-day plain film imaging that our WorkCover, general practice and allied health referrers rely on.
It also comes with a defined pathway into CT.
As you settle in, we will train you: supervised, scheduled, and set out in a development plan we agree with you, not left as a vague possibility for some point in the future.

The role is Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 5:30pm.
There is no weekend work, no after-hours and no on-call.Hours are flexible and we are open to full-time or part-time, tell us what suits you and we will work with it.

Remuneration
$55 per hour, plus superannuation, approximately $108,700 per annum on a full-time equivalent basis.
We have published the rate because we think you should be able to see it before you apply, rather than after several rounds of interviews.
What You'll Be Doing




Performing general X-ray examinations to a high clinical standard
Training into CT, with supervision and support, as part of an agreed development plan
Working closely with our lead Radiographer and sonography team to manage daily workflow
Providing a calm, professional and reassuring experience for every patient
Collaborating with radiologists and referrers to support accurate and timely diagnostic outcomes
Managing imaging documentation and image handling using Kestral RIS and InteleViewer PACS
Completing routine equipment checks and escalating any issues affecting quality or safety
Contributing positively to team communication, culture and the patient experience
What We're Looking For
Essential
Degree in Medical Radiation Science or equivalent qualification
Current AHPRA registration as a Medical Radiation Practitioner
Valid EPA SA Radiation Licence, or eligibility to obtain one
Working With Children Check and National Police Clearance
Competence and confidence in general radiography
Strong patient communication skills and a caring, professional manner
Attention to detail and a clear commitment to safe imaging practice
A genuine interest in developing CT skills, no prior CT experience required; we will train you
The ability to work well within a small, collaborative team
