The Role in Brief
We're partnering with a well-established fabrication workshop delivering high-end stainless steel and architectural metalwork across commercial kitchens, bars, and large-scale fit-outs.
They're looking for askilled tradespersonwho can take full ownership of jobs - from initial drawings through to final polished install.
This is a hands-on, end-to-end role suited to someone who values quality over volume.
What You'll Be Doing
Working across the full fabrication lifecycle, your responsibilities will include:
Reviewing and interpreting technical drawings
Preparing materials and setting out jobs
Operating workshop machinery including brake press
TIG welding stainless steel components
Completing detailed finishing (grinding, sanding, polishing)
Final assembly and quality checks
Supporting on-site installs when required

To be considered, you must bring:
Solid background incommercial kitchen or bar fabrication
Strong TIG welding capability withstainless steel
Proven ability to deliverhigh-end finishes




Confidence reading and working from fabrication drawings
Experience managing jobs from start to finish
Ability to work independently without supervision
Experience Profile
~5+ years in stainless steel fabrication
Trade qualified (Cert III Engineering - Fabrication or equivalent)
Comfortable using brake press and standard workshop equipment
Detail-focused with a high standard of workmanship
Able to manage deadlines and workload effectively
Tickets & Practical Requirements
NSW White Card
Current driver's licence
Own basic hand tools
Physically capable of workshop and occasional site-based work
