We are currently seeking experienced cafe front of house floor staff & baristas, for our award winning cafes.
.
We are hiring for both front of house staff Waitstaff and barista positions.
The ideal applicants will need to be well presented, bubbly and approachable, with an exceptional knowledge of hospitality.
The ideal candidate for front of house position must have:
Minimum of 3 years experience working in a fast paced Cafe/Restuarant environment.
Strong customer service skills.
Ability to take direction and follow protocol.
Excellent customer service.
Ensure a safe and hygienic work environment.
Handle and follow up customer queries.
Full table service - plate/coffee carry.
Taking customer orders
Must be available weekends & Public holidays.
Must be 18 years of age or older.
Full availability for all weekends and public holidays is mandatory.
Must have full working rights in Australia.
Must hold a valid RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol) certification.
Ability to work as part of a team.
The ideal candidates for Barista position must have :




Minimum of 3 years experience working in a fast paced environment.
Experience in specialty coffee.Ability to open and close the espresso bar, various brew methods, latte art.
A minimum of 3 years barista experience is required for coffee preparation roles.
If Applying for Barista Role - Key duties include:
Preparing and serving coffee and other beverages.
Experience in specialty coffee.Ability to open and close the espresso bar, various brew methods, latte art.
Maintaining the espresso bar to a high standard.
Making and maintaining consistently outstanding coffee.
Dialing the grinder in the morning and monitoring it throughout the day and adjusting when needed.
Delivering high quality customer service.
Building a rapport with regular customers.
Keeping the work space clean and well presented.
Taking customer orders.
