About the role
Are you a creative marketer who enjoys variety and making a genuine impact?
We are seeking a Marketing Coordinator to join our team on a 12-month part-time (2 days per week) basis in Moruya or Ulladulla, with flexibility to work across both locations as needed.
In this hands-on role you'll help build our brand and grow our digital presence and tell the stories that matter.
You will coordinate marketing campaigns, create engaging content, manage website updates and social media, support community events and work with internal teams and external suppliers to deliver high-quality marketing initiatives.
Key responsibilities
Develop and coordinate engaging marketing and communications content across digital and print channels.
Manage website content, social media and digital marketing activities.
Coordinate marketing campaigns, promotions,



events and community engagement initiatives.
Maintain brand consistency across all communications and marketing materials.
Liaise with designers, printers, website developers and other external suppliers.
Monitor marketing performance and provide insights to support continuous improvement.
Skills and experience
To be successful in this role, you will bring:
Essential:
Experience in marketing, communications or a similar role.
Strong writing and communication skills.
Experience managing websites and social media.
Excellent organisation and the ability to juggle multiple projects.
A collaborative approach and a passion for delivering great outcomes.
A current driver's licence.
Desirable:
Experience in disability, community services, or a similar sector
Experience with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, SEO or digital marketing, will be highly regarded.
