About Guide Healthcare
We're a passionate Allied Health team with chihuahua-level enthusiasm (officially endorsed by Sammy, our office puppy).
We believe work should actually feel valuable, where creativity is encouraged, individuality is celebrated, and every day looks a little different.
At Guide Healthcare, we do things differently.
Since ****, we've been shaking up traditional models, backing bold ideas, and building a workplace people genuinely want to be part of.
We're proud to support older adults and people with disabilities through programs that are fun, meaningful, and genuinely impactful.
Allied health is our core, but we're always looking for new ways to add value, for our clients, our partners, and our team
About The Role
At our organisation, we support adults to live their most independent and joyful lives across aged care, disability, and community settings.
We work with clients in their homes through a variety of funding bodies, including public, private, and NDIS funding, providing a truly diverse and rewarding caseload.
You will play a key role in promoting independence and enablement, with a strong focus on rehabilitation before compensation wherever possible.
Our established approach to employment allows you to choose your preferred working hours and flex them as needed,
a model that has contributed to the longevity and satisfaction of our staff.
